Remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to the start time of your appointment. *An additional damage deposit of $100 will be added to your total and is due with the remaining balance. Terms and Conditions
All bookings must be made at least 4 days in advance. Bookings made within 4 days require a minimum late fee of $50. Parking fee is not included and will be charged separately. How it works Prior to booking with Rambunctious Decorating Services, please ensure your desired location allows for decor services. If the decorator cannot access the location, the appointment will be cancelled without refund. Travel Yes, we travel! Weekends only. Locations outside of Jacksonville, FL are subject to a travel fee of $2 per mile. Fees vary by location and services. Deposits A 50% non-refundable retainer deposit for your total cost is due to approve your booking request and confirm your appointment. The remaining balance is due at least 48 hours prior to the start time of your booking and once paid is non-refundable. *An additional damage deposit of $100 will be added to your total and is due with the remaining balance. The damage deposit will be refunded 24 hours following the appointment as long as there is no damage assessed to the decor or the tent.* Rescheduling / Cancellations If your service is rescheduled or canceled by Rambunctious Decorating Services, at no request or fault of your own, you will not be charged any additional fees for your service and given the option to cancel with a full refund. Customer cancellations are nonrefundable. In the event that your service needs to be rescheduled please notify Rambunctious Decorating Services at least 24 prior to the start time of your booking. Services can be rescheduled a maximum of 1 time within 60 days of the original date of service, and may require an additional deposit. The value of your service will remain the same as when you originally booked. No Call No Show cancellations may be blocked from booking in the future upon Rambunctious Decorating Services' discretion. Grace Period Rambunctious Decorating Services offers a 15 minute grace period in the event that the space is not available by the start time of your appointment. After the 15 minute grace period your appointment will be cancelled without refund. In addition, if you are running late and cannot meet the decorator at the scheduled time for the picnic, please communicate that prior to the start time of your appointment. It is up to Rambunctious Decorating Services' discretion to begin or cancel the picnic after the 15 minute grace period.
