Locations more than 50 miles outside of Jacksonville, FL are subject to a travel fee of $1 per mile. Fees vary by location and services) Includes: - Custom bed and walkway design created to match your theme. - 3,000 Silk rose petals - 24 Ceiling balloons - 12 Floating heart balloons - 50+ Floor balloons - 2 40" foil balloons - 48 Led tea light candles - 1 themed balloon banner - 1 Bottle champagne and 2 champagne flutes ADD ONS The following add ons can be listed on your booking form. (Custom add ons available upon request) -Last Minute Booking Fee: Within 7 Days $75. Within 48 hours (by phone only) starting at $100. -Next day clean up service: $75 -Genuine rose attachments to the balloons: $50 -Bouquet of roses: $50 -Curtain lights: $30 -Photo attachments: $20 -Balloon Garland: Starting at $100 -Balloon columns: $50 for 2 -Extra bottle of Champagne: $50 -1 dozen chocolate covered strawberries with variety toppings: $50 -Bottle of Alcohol (Hennessey, Patron, Casamigos) : $60 -Painting (paint, canvas, and materials provided) : $50 for 2. Additional canvas: $15 A 50% non-refundable retainer deposit is due at the time of booking once your appointment is approved. Remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to the start time of your appointment. If you are booking within 48 hours of your appointment, the full balance is due at the time of booking. Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions All bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance. Bookings made within 7days are scheduled by phone only and require a minimum late fee of $75. How it works Prior to booking with Rambunctious Decorating Services, please ensure your desired location allows for decor services. The day of the appointment please add the name of your decorator to your room. At the start time of your appointment, the decorator will pick up a key from the front desk to access the hotel room and begin services. Decor services can take anywhere from 1 hour and 30 minutes to 3 hours so please ensure you budget enough time to be away from the hotel room while the decorator is working. Prior to the start of your appointment please ensure the hotel room is clean and free of clutter. Travel Yes, we travel! Weekends only. Locations more than 50 miles outside of Jacksonville, FL are subject to a travel fee of $1 per mile. Fees vary by location and services. Deposits/Cancellations/ Rescheduling A 50% non-refundable retainer deposit for your total cost is due immediately after your booking request is approved. The remaining balance is due at least 48 hours prior to the start time of your booking and once paid is non-fundable. If your service is rescheduled or canceled by Rambunctious Decorating Services at no request or fault of your own you will not be charged any additional fees for your service, and given the option to cancel with a full refund. Customer cancellations are nonrefundable. In the event that your service needs to be rescheduled please notify Rambunctious Decorating Services at least 48 prior to the start time of your booking. Request to reschedule your booking made within 48 hours of the start time are considered a cancellation and will not be refunded. Services can be rescheduled a maximum of 1 time within 30 days of the original date of service and may require an additional deposit. The value of your service will remain the same as when you originally booked. No Call No Show cancellations may be blocked from booking in the future upon Rambunctious Decorating Services' discretion. Late fee Rambunctious Decorating Services offers a 15 minute grace period in the event that the room is not available by the start time of your appointment. After the 15 minute grace period you will be charged an additional fee of $20. After 30 minutes your booking will be subject to cancellation without a refund.
