All packages booked between February 8th 2026 and February 15th 2026 will include a holiday surcharge of $50-$100. Includes: - Custom bed and walkway design created to match your theme. - 5,000 Silk rose petals - 24 ceiling balloons - 12 floating heart or star balloons - Floor balloons - 2 balloon pillars (initials, age, anniversary year, etc) - 24 Led tea light candles - 1 themed balloon banner - 1 bottle champagne and 2 champagne flutes ADD ONS The following add ons can be added to customize your experience. (Custom add ons can be listed on the booking form) - Last Minute Booking Fee: Within 4 Days $50. - Next day clean up service: $100 - Jumbo name banner or pillars: $10 per letter - Genuine rose attachments to the balloons: $30 - Photo attachments: $20 - Extra bottle of Champagne: $25 - 1 dozen chocolate covered strawberries with variety toppings: $30 An 50% non-refundable retainer deposit, and late fee if applicable, are due at the time of booking and will be sent by invoice. Bookings that require travel must be made at least 7 days in advance. All bookings must be made at least 4 days in advance. Bookings made within 4 days require a minimum late fee of $50. (Late fee can vary) Home and Airbnb locations will be charged an additional $25. Parking is not included and will be charged separately. No High Ceilings (higher than 9 feet) How it works Prior to booking with Rambunctious Decorating Services, please ensure your desired location allows for decor services. For hotel appointments, add the name of your decorator to your hotel room. At the start time of your appointment, the decorator will pick up a key from the front desk to access the hotel room and begin services. For Airbnb appointments, please send entry code 2 hours prior to start time. If the decorator cannot access the room or Airbnb, the appointment will be cancelled without refund. Prior to the start of your appointment please ensure the hotel room is clean and free of clutter. Rooms must be vacant while the decorator is working. Deposits/Cancellations/ Rescheduling A 50% non-refundable retainer deposit, and late fee if applicable, are due to approve your booking request and will be sent by invoice. The remaining balance is due at least 48 hours prior to the start time of your booking and once paid is non-refundable. If your service is rescheduled or canceled by Rambunctious Decorating Services, at no request or fault of your own, you will not be charged any additional fees for your service and given the option to cancel with a full refund. Customer cancellations are nonrefundable. In the event that your service needs to be rescheduled please notify Rambunctious Decorating Services at least 24 prior to the start time of your booking. Services can be rescheduled a maximum of 1 time within 60 days of the original date of service, and may require an additional deposit. The value of your service will remain the same as when you originally booked. No Call No Show cancellations may be blocked from booking in the future upon Rambunctious Decorating Services' discretion. Grace Period Rambunctious Decorating Services offers a 15 minute grace period in the event that the room is not available by the start time of your appointment. After the 15 minute grace period your appointment will be cancelled without refund.
